Joseph Gay has a general litigation practice that focuses on government investigations and complex civil litigation, including antitrust and securities matters. He has experience spanning multiple aspects of litigation, including discovery practice and document productions, mediation and settlement, and appellate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gay was a law clerk for the Honorable William S. Duffey, Jr. of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Previously, he completed a one-year public service fellowship as a Constitutional Law Fellow with the Institute for Justice in Arlington, Virginia.
While pursuing his legal education, Mr. Gay was an intern in the Narcotics Division of the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York. Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Gay was an analyst with a global technology consulting company.
