Joella A. Jones

Senior Associate

Joella Jones focuses her practice on government and internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex litigation matters. She has represented global corporations, public companies, and financial institutions before the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) and other authorities. Ms. Jones maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on civil rights. She began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2019. 

During law school, Ms. Jones served as a legal intern in the Columbia Law School Challenging Consequences of Mass Incarceration Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Jones worked for Facing History and Ourselves, a nonprofit organization that provides professional development for educators on topics of genocide, civic engagement, and global citizenry.
