
Jocelyn M. Keider
Counsel
Jocelyn Keider is a litigator with a focus on matters pertaining to complex civil cases and internal corporate and government investigations. Ms. Keider also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Ms. Keider has worked on matters in a variety of practice areas, including antitrust, business litigation, securities investigation and litigation, and civil rights law. Ms. Keider has experience drafting motions and legal briefs, managing complex discovery disputes and preparing both expert and lay witnesses for testimony. She has also taken offensive depositions and has appeared in court on behalf of clients in a number of forums, including federal district court, state court and immigration court.
In the summer of 2018, Ms. Keider was part of a WilmerHale team that worked, together with Lawyers for Civil Rights, to reunite a mother and child separated at the US-Mexico border. The team filed a complaint and motion for preliminary injunction in federal court, steps which eventually led to the successful reunification of the family in July 2018.
Ms. Keider is a member of the Women’s Bar Association and the Domestic and Sexual Violence Council. In connection with her pro bono work, she serves as a volunteer attorney for the Victim Rights Law Center’s Rape Survivor’s Law Project and the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Family Law Project. Ms. Keider also serves on the planning committee of the WilmerHale Women’s Leadership Initiative for the Boston office.
