Jessica McHale focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. McHale interned with the US Attorney’s Office in the District of Columbia in the Fraud, Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section, where she observed trials and conducted legal research on criminal law topics, including white collar crime and the Fifth Amendment. Ms. McHale also interned for a judge at the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, where she conducted legal research on civil and criminal cases.

Prior to law school, Ms. McHale worked at a law firm as a corporate paralegal and practice development coordinator, supporting multiple practice groups through corporate transactions, regulatory filings and client communications. Her earlier experience includes internships with JPMorgan, the Office of the State Attorney in Palm Beach County, the Public International Law and Policy Group and the US Agency for International Development.
