Jane Recker focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. Ms. Recker previously served as a Summer Associate at WilmerHale, where she contributed to briefs filed in the DC Circuit and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Recker clerked at the National Labor Relations Board Region 29, managing unfair labor practice charges and conducting investigations. She also interned with the New York Attorney General’s Labor and Employment Bureau, assisting in enforcement of city, state and federal labor and employment laws. Prior to law school, she worked as a communications specialist for NIH MedlinePlus Magazine and as a staff writer and editor at Washingtonian Magazine, where she covered national politics, DC government and public health.
