Jamie Yood focuses his practice on government enforcement matters, complex litigation and internal investigations. He has experience providing strategic counsel to companies and individuals facing multifaceted challenges spanning law, business and public relations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yood was a law clerk for the Honorable Katherine B. Forrest of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also served as law clerk in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office in San Francisco, California. He previously worked at the firm as a summer associate.

Before pursuing his law degree, Mr. Yood spent several years at Google, where he managed global communications for high-stakes corporate issues and steered the company’s public affairs strategy for its philanthropic and clean energy initiatives.
