Jamie Haddad is a trial lawyer who represents prominent life sciences and technology clients in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial litigation disputes. She has successfully tried patent and trade dress actions before federal district courts, appealed decisions to the Federal Circuit, and challenged patents before the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Haddad maintains a broad practice within the intellectual property and commercial litigation space and has handled cases involving biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products, computer hardware and software, telecommunications and networking, and robotics and automation technology.

Ms. Haddad began her career at WilmerHale in 2021. From 2025 to 2026, she served as a law clerk to Judge Myong J. Joun of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. As a law clerk, Ms. Haddad advised the judge through four trials, managed a docket of more than 200 civil cases, and drafted decisions on motions for intellectual property, contract, insurance, labor and employment and personal injury matters. In addition, while in law school, Ms. Haddad served as an articles editor of the Boston College Law Review and as a 3:03 Student Practitioner, Trial Division for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. As an undergraduate student, Ms. Haddad played on the Women’s Varsity Ice Hockey team at Yale University.
