Jack (Jaehyuk) You focuses his practice on complex litigation and government investigations with a particular focus on cross-border disputes and emerging technologies. Mr. You has represented clients, including multinational entities and technology companies, in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings.

Before joining the firm, Mr. You was a law clerk to the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the US District Court of the Southern District of New York. During his time at law school, he worked at the New York State Attorney General’s Office and at the Veterans Law Clinic, graduating with a pro bono distinction. Mr. You was also a member of the Board of Student Advisers and the vice president of the First-Year Legal Research and Writing Program. Prior to law school, Mr. You was a first lieutenant in the Korean Air Force and served in the Korea-US Combined Forces Command.
