Izabela Ostrowski is a DA&I attorney in the firm's WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions team, focused on substantive and strategic areas of discovery for Litigation/Controversy matters. She joined the firm in 2008.

Ms. Ostrowski focuses her practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, she works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations. Staff attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm's internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors' review and analytical tools.

Ms. Ostrowski has direct experience with matters concerning potential violations of securities laws and accounting principles. Most recently, she worked as a contract attorney for WilmerHale and other New York firms, where she assisted in SEC investigations, internal corporate inquiries and securities fraud class actions. From 2003-2004, Ms. Ostrowski was an associate with another New York firm, where her practice focused on real estate litigation and bankruptcy.
