Isaac Strauss focuses his practice on complex litigation and government investigations. His experience includes litigation in federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, including class actions, shareholder disputes, and a Second Circuit appeal, and has experience with domestic and cross-border government investigations.

Mr. Strauss recently re-joined the firm after clerking for Judge Sarah Netburn and, before that, Judge Victor Marrero, both of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

During law school, Mr. Strauss represented incarcerated clients in constitutional rights matters through the Cardozo Civil Rights Clinic and completed a judicial internship with Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil, also of the Southern District of New York. He previously worked as a litigation paralegal at two other law firms, focusing on political law at one and product liability at the other.
