Iman Kholdebarin focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kholdebarin was an intellectual property associate at another global law firm. 

Mr. Kholdebarin previously served as a detailee with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and as a primary patent examiner with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
