Helin Azizoglu focuses her practice on complex securities litigation and enforcement matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Azizoglu was a litigation and enforcement associate at another global law firm in New York, where she represented clients in connection with securities investigations and enforcement actions, commercial and transactional litigation, and appellate litigation.

During law school, Ms. Azizoglu served as a teaching assistant in Civil Procedure and participated in the Lawyering in the Digital Age clinic. She also served as a legal extern in the Appellate Unit of the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Seattle, Washington, and provided pro bono immigration counseling services in El Paso, Texas. Prior to law school, Ms. Azizoglu was a non-legal intern in the General Counsel’s Office of the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts.
