Gian P. Gualco-Nelson

Senior Associate

Gian Gualco-Nelson focuses his practice on complex securities enforcement and litigation matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, he clerked for the Honorable Cecilia Altonaga of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida and served as a law fellow for the Honorable Charles Breyer of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Gualco-Nelson was previously an associate at another international law firm in San Francisco.

During law school, Mr. Gualco-Nelson served as editor-in-chief of the Hastings Law Journal and participated in the Hastings Moot Court program. He also worked as a legal intern for the US Office of Special Counsel in Oakland, California.

Outside of WilmerHale, Gian teaches Legal Research and Writing at the University of California, Hastings. He is also a member of the St. Ignatius Alumni Association.
