Erika Zheng focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2024.

While in law school, Ms. Zheng worked as a law student representative at the USC Immigration Clinic, where she drafted briefs to support clients’ immigration claims, managed filings and researched developing law regarding immigration policy. She successfully represented detained and non-detained clients in asylum proceedings before immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeal (BIA), and the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Zheng served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Hernán D. Vera of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
