Erica Li is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. 

Ms. Li has represented individuals and corporations from a broad range of industries under various arbitration rules (including the LCIA and ICC rules). She also has experience in English High Court litigation, complex international litigation and restructuring and insolvency litigation. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Li trained at and qualified into the dispute resolution team at an international law firm in London. She is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience before the civil courts in England and Wales. Ms. Li also worked at the Law Commission of England and Wales where she contributed to commercial law reform projects.
