Emily Summit focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Howard of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

During law school, Ms. Summit externed for the Public Defender Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services and taught for the Cornell Prison Education Program. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Indira Talwani of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and a summer associate at another international law firm.
