Emily Silberstein focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. 

Ms. Silberstein previously served as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Central District of California for the Honorable Wesley L. Hsu. She first joined the firm as a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2023, where she conducted legal research, drafted memoranda, and supported a successful pro bono asylum application. Throughout law school, Ms. Silberstein worked as a legal advocacy intern at the ACLU of Southern California, contributing to an amicus brief before the California Supreme Court, drafting a memorandum on search standards in schools, and supporting broader efforts to enhance and protect students’ privacy. She also co-chaired the Education Rights Clinic and If/When/How: Law Students for Reproductive Justice at UCLA Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Silberstein worked in education.
