Elizabeth Renda represents clients in complex litigation matters. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and media. Her matters have involved the Lanham Act, breach of contract and fraud claims, as well as multidistrict antitrust litigation, shareholder derivative litigation and government investigations. Her litigation experience includes the successful representation of a client in a jury trial.

Ms. Renda has appeared before government agencies on behalf of clients in enforcement matters. Before joining WilmerHale, she handled these matters at another law firm, where her litigation practice focused on commercial, antitrust and government-investigation work.

She previously served as a law clerk in the Appellate Division of the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia and in the Civil Litigation Division of the Office of the Maryland Attorney General. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Renda worked in political communications.
