Elizabeth Driscoll is an associate who represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Driscoll was a research assistant for Professor David H. Webber at Boston University School of Law, where she researched and wrote memoranda on topics including shareholder activism, corporate governance and public pension funds. Previously, Ms. Driscoll was a judicial intern for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States District Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a research analyst in the Joint Committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities at the Massachusetts State House.
