Elizabeth Driscoll represents clients in a variety of complex securities litigation and enforcement matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

While in law school, Ms. Driscoll served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Ms. Driscoll was also a research assistant for Professor David H. Webber. Ms. Driscoll served as a law clerk for US Magistrate Judge the Honorable Judith G. Dein of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Ms. Driscoll was a research analyst for the Joint Committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities at the Massachusetts State House.
