Dani Flamini focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2023 as a summer associate. 

While in law school, Ms. Flamini worked as a law student representative at the USC Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, where she advised filmmakers on licensing and copyright issues and researched developing law regarding the First Amendment and AI. She was also a quarterfinalist in the 2022-2023 Moot Court program. Prior to law school, she worked with fact-checking organizations and was a digital reporter at NBC 6 and Telemundo 51.
