Courtney Merrill is an associate who represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Merrill was a corporate counsel extern with Wayfair LLC, where she negotiated, edited and reviewed business contracts including non-disclosure and supplier agreements. She was previously a WilmerHale Summer Fellow with the Technology & Cyberlaw Clinic at Boston University School of Law and an intellectual property litigation paralegal at two other law firms in Boston. As a paralegal, Ms. Merrill specialized in and worked on five International Trade Commission investigations, including going to trial on one and to two Markman hearings.
