Charlie Howell is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Howell has advised clients on commercial and investment-treaty arbitrations under a variety of institutional rules (including the LCIA, ICC, LMAA and ICSID rules) and across a broad range of sectors. He has particular experience in natural resources, telecommunications and shareholder disputes.
