Cassie Mitchell has represented clients in complex civil litigation at both the trial and appellate level. She regularly works with financial institutions, educational institutions, and technology companies in a wide range of government-facing litigation, commercial disputes, and class actions. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including in the areas of reproductive rights, voting rights, and immigration law.  

Ms. Mitchell began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2016. Prior to rejoining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Beverly Martin of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
