Blythe Riggan focuses her practice on cybersecurity and privacy matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Riggan worked as a research assistant at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she analyzed the implications of court-sealed documents on the First Amendment’s public access doctrine. Additionally, she was a legal intern in the North Carolina Governor’s General Counsel Office. Prior to pursuing her legal studies, Ms. Riggan was the communications advisor to David Gergen at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
