Senior Associate

Benjamin Morris focuses his practice on patent litigation and appeals. Drawing on his graduate training in molecular and cellular biology, Mr. Morris helps clients navigate technically complex matters involving cutting-edge scientific and technological issues. He represents technology clients across a range of industries, including both life sciences and computer technology companies, at all stages of litigation, including pretrial motion practice, discovery, expert development, Markman hearings, trial, and appeals. His practice spans US district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and appellate courts, with a particular focus on the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Morris clerked for the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He previously clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before his clerkships, he was a litigation associate at an international law firm in New York. Mr. Morris is committed to pro bono service and maintains an active pro bono practice.
