Ben Weinberg focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He joined WilmerHale in 2024 as a summer associate.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Weinberg worked as an intern in the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, focusing on the office’s affirmative litigation. He also participated in Harvard Law School’s Election Law Clinic, where he assisted in litigation and policy efforts to protect and expand voting rights under state and federal law.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Weinberg worked as an Associate at Benenson Strategy, designing and managing polling and qualitative research projects for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and political campaigns.
