Bella Walker focuses her practice on diverse complex litigation and government investigations, with a particular interest in antitrust and competition related matters. Ms. Walker has represented clients across multiple sectors, including high technology, pharmaceutical, and financial services. She also has experience with matters related to government contracts and intellectual property.

Ms. Walker previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Todd M. Hughes of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Walker practiced at another law firm in the DC area where her work included defending clients in SEC, CFPB, and DOJ actions, and advising a foreign telecommunications company in an FCPA related settlement. During law school, Ms. Walker was involved in her school’s Children’s Rights Law clinic, representing families in IEP proceedings and served as the Director of her school’s Innocence Project clinic.
