Bardia Vaseghi focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He was previously a law clerk to the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff of the Southern District of New York.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a policy advisor and deputy chief of staff for the Harris for President campaign, where he played a key role in shaping the domestic and economic policy agenda for the campaign. He also served in the White House as a senior associate staff secretary in the Biden Administration, drafting and refining policy memoranda used to brief the President on domestic and international policy issues. Additionally, he accompanied President Biden on his daily travel, ensuring the effective implementation of his priorities during external engagements.

While in law school, Mr. Vaseghi was an articles and essays editor on the Yale Law Journal, a student director of the Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic, a Coker Fellow in Constitutional Law, and a member of the Veterans Legal Services Clinic. He also served as a research assistant to Dean Heather K. Gerken and the chair of the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States, Professor Cristina M. Rodríguez.
