Bansri Patel focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Patel interned at AbbVie Inc., where she participated in patent prosecution and litigation under the supervision of in-house counsel. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Patel worked as a Quality Systems Specialist at Gilead Sciences Inc., where she developed instrument protocols and collaborated with vendors on laboratory installations. She was also an administrative research assistant for the UC San Diego Pediatrics Department.
