Ashley Hartman focuses her practice on complex intellectual property matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2022.

During law school, Ms. Hartman served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and a legal intern at the US International Trade Commission’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations. Prior to law school, Ms. Hartman was a Project Manager at Global Prior Art, Inc. where she conducted prior art, patentability, invalidity and landscape searches for medical device technologies.
