Angela Guo represents institutional and individual clients in a wide spectrum of white collar criminal and government enforcement matters, including investigations and actions brought by the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and various state attorneys general offices. She provides strategic counsel on confidential internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, corporate governance and compliance, crisis response, government engagement strategy, global risk management, and cross-border enforcement challenges. Her clients span a range of industries—including technology, media, financial services, pharmaceutical, education, travel, entertainment, and retail—where she navigates complex regulatory and enforcement landscapes.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Guo practiced at another international law firm, where she focused on white collar and government investigations matters. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel for the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
