Alyssa Milstead focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2022 as a summer associate.

While in law school, Ms. Milstead served as the editor in chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender, a student attorney in the Education Law Clinic, a Youth Advocacy & Policy Lab fellow, and a board member of Advocates for Education. Ms. Milstead also gained legal experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lucy Koh of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Milstead taught high school English in Stockton, California.
