
Alexandrea L. Rahill

Alexandrea Rahill focuses her practice on investigations and enforcement actions involving federal securities and commodities laws. She has represented financial institutions, broker-dealers, swap dealers, futures commission merchants, cryptocurrency exchanges, auditors and individuals before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations, including Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the National Futures Association (NFA). Ms. Rahill has represented clients in a variety of matters, including matters involving market manipulation, accounting practices, trade reporting, books and records, executive perks, AML compliance and other market conduct. Ms. Rahill also advises clients on regulatory compliance issues with federal regulatory and enforcement authorities.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rahill was an associate at two prominent law firms, where she represented individuals and entities in a broad range of investigations and enforcement actions before the SEC, CFTC, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations. Ms. Rahill has also represented individual clients in civil litigation.
