Alex Calver focuses on Intellectual Property Litigation, specifically patents, and works on cases in the life sciences, technology and telecoms sectors. Mr. Calver is experienced in advising on pan-European and worldwide litigation strategies, concerning technology ranging from monoclonal antibodies to various standard essential patents (SEPs) in the telecoms sphere as part of FRAND proceedings. He has litigated numerous cases in the UK Courts.
