Aileen McKinstry focuses her practice on complex litigation matters.

During law school, Ms. McKinstry served as a judicial extern for Judge Myrna Pérez of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Lewis Liman of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also worked as a 1L Summer Fellow in the Governor’s Office of Policy and Planning in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
