Adrian Percer focuses his practice on counseling technology companies in a wide variety of intellectual property matters. He has substantive experience in patent and ITC litigation, US Patent and Trademark Office proceedings, portfolio management, patent acquisitions, dispute counseling, licensing, freedom to operate, and corporate due diligence. Mr. Percer has represented clients across diverse technical fields such as wireless communications, distributed computing, e-commerce, cybersecurity, digital rights management, smartphone technologies, imaging, and medical devices.

Mr. Percer is registered to practice before the USPTO and is consistently recognized as one of the most active attorneys before the PTAB, having participated in over 125 IPR proceedings. With a background in mechanical engineering, he is well equipped to lead the technical strategy for a matter, including working with experts and interfacing with his clients’ engineering teams.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Percer was an intellectual property litigator at another international law firm, where he was based in the Silicon Valley office.
