Aaron Pinkett focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He began his career at WilmerHale as a Summer Associate in 2024, where he received the John A. Payton Summer Associate Fellowship and worked on racial justice issues at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Pinkett served as a summer law clerk at a law firm in New York, where he researched legal issues and drafted memoranda on health equity, housing discrimination and voting rights. He previously worked in the Office of Provider and Pharmacy Programs at the Massachusetts Office of Medicaid (MassHealth), where he led initiatives to expand investment in federally qualified health centers and develop the state’s telehealth policy.

Mr. Pinkett also served as Research Director for the Massachusetts State Legislature’s Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use and Recovery, where he drafted legislation and briefed the Committee Chair on policy matters. Earlier in his career, he worked at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine as a clinical research coordinator and research technician.
