Greta Koerner is a Senior Associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and the International Arbitration Practice Group, based in the Berlin and London offices. Ms. Koerner has advised clients in international commercial and investment arbitrations across a range of industries under a variety of rules, including ICC and ICSID.  Ms. Koerner has acted as Tribunal Secretary in several arbitration proceedings.

    • Representing an ultra high net worth individual in an ICC arbitration concerning the disputed division of complex assets with claims valued at approximately USD 1 billion (laws of a Middle Eastern state, seat: Switzerland).
    • Representing a US mining consortium in an ICC arbitration against an African company and its US parent concerning shipping rights allegedly transferred by a West African state (laws of a West African state, seat: Switzerland).
    • Representing a Bulgarian company in an ICC arbitration in connection with a joint venture with a German start up (German law, seat: Switzerland).
    • Acting as tribunal secretary in an ICC arbitration (German law, seat: Paris).
