Amy Olivero focuses her practice on matters relating to data privacy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Olivero was a Westin Research Fellow at the International Association of Privacy Professionals. During law school, she interned for the Senate Judiciary Committee as a law clerk for Senator Amy Klobuchar and worked as a research assistant for the Civil Justice Data Commons project. Ms. Olivero also worked with the District Attorney of New York, the National Governors Association and the Legal Services of Northern Virginia through internships and externships. Before pursuing her legal studies, Ms. Olivero was a consultant in KPMG’s Government Solutions practice, where she worked with state and local Health and Human Services agencies on technology development and implementation. She also spent a yearlong secondment in Australia working in KPMG Australia’s Policy and Program Evaluation practice.
