Three members of WilmerHale’s internationally renowned International Arbitration group have contributed chapters to an important new collection; International Arbitration in Practice.

Partner Franz Schwarz authored Chapter 55 titled “Deciding a Case ‘Ex Aequo Et Bono’ or Through ‘Amiable Composition,’” and Partner Steven Finizio and Counsel Cem Kalelioglu authored Chapter 65 titled “Attorney’s Fees in International Arbitration.”
