Kelsey Quigley is an editor of the 58th issue of the ABA Section of International Law Mexico Committee newsletter. The Mexico Committee, in partnership with the Universidad Panamericana de Guadalajara, presents Issue 58 of the Mexico Update, in memory of friend and committed Mexico Committee leader, Patrick Del Duca. The issue covers the COVID-19 pandemic and the US presidential election and its implications on cross-border relations.
