WilmerHale announces the release of the 2005 edition of its Expert System for international distribution, sales representative, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), licensing and non‑disclosure agreements. The WilmerHale Expert System is a unique resource that provides quick access to valuable information and experienced lawyers around the world who are familiar with these international agreements.

The Expert System materials are compiled by the WilmerHale Technology Transactions and Licensing group. The group has extensive experience in all aspects of cross-border transactions including licensing, manufacturing and distribution agreements, strategic alliances and joint ventures. The group consists of corporate transactional, intellectual property and tax lawyers from North America, Europe and Asia. The 2005 edition of the Expert System is dedicated to the late Hale and Dorr Partner, Ken Slade, creator of the Expert System, friend and colleague. A 2006 update is expected to be available later this year.
