WilmerHale competition lawyers Sven Voelcker, Frederic Louis and Jan Heithecker achieved a partial victory in Association de la Presse Internationale v. Commission, a transparency case arguing that the Commission should make available to the public its written pleadings before the Community courts. It is only the third case in history assigned to the Court's Grand Chamber.
