The article “The Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court,” co-authored by the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa and WilmerHale Associate Lawrence P. Cogswell, III, Ph.D., has been named as one of 2006’s best intellectual property articles by the Intellectual Property Law Review. The article was originally published in the American University Law Review and will be featured in the Intellectual Property Law Review’s 2007 edition—an anthology published annually by Thomson West, Eagan Minnesota—due out in July 2007.
