The Daily Journal has selected Partners Mark Selwyn and Keith Slenkovich to its 2013 list of California’s “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers.” Each year the list is compiled to honor attorney achievements in the field of intellectual property. Both Selwyn and Slenkovich were selected as two of 75 litigators who have led and won key IP cases at both national and international levels.

Selwyn, the partner-in-charge of WilmerHale’s Palo Alto office and co-chair of the firm’s IP Litigation Group, has been named to the list for the past six years.

Slenkovich, a partner in the IP Litigation Group and Business Trial Group, is featured for his leadership and innovation while representing MediaTek Inc. in an ITC action brought against it by Freescale Semiconductor.
