Today Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick announced his nomination of WilmerHale Partner Gabrielle Wolohojian to the Massachusetts Appeals Court. This nomination recognizes Wolohojian's substantial legal abilities and commitment to public service. Governor Patrick also nominated Francis Fecteau, a Worcester Superior Court judge, and Peter Rubin, a professor at the Georgetown University Law Center to fill three vacancies on the state Appeals Court.
