For the fifth consecutive year, Mark Selwyn, partner-in-charge of WilmerHale’s Palo Alto office and co-chair of the firm’s IP Litigation Group, has been named to the Daily Journal’s 2012 list of California’s “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers.” Selwyn was selected as one of 75 litigators who has had an exceptional impact on the intellectual property landscape at both national and international levels.

Selwyn was recognized for his leading roles in a series of high-profile cases on behalf of Silicon Valley clients. He was also noted for his contributions to WilmerHale’s Palo Alto office, which has grown steadily to nearly 60 attorneys in a wide range of practice areas. The office’s standing was recently underscored by its top ranking as one of the 10 Largest Silicon Valley Law Firms in 2012.
