WilmerHale Partner Seth Waxman, was included on the list of leading appellate attorneys by Legal Times in its Leading Lawyers series. "Appellate Litigation 2004: 12 Winning Arguments" profiled the top twelve appellate attorneys in the nation and of them all, Seth Waxman has argued more cases in the US Supreme Court this term. By arguing five cases in front of the US Supreme Court this term as a private practitioner, Legal Times stated that this is "clear evidence that Waxman is on the short list for any company that needs a specialist to handle a key appeal."
