In a National Law Journal survey ("When Banks Go to Court, These Firms Hold The Bag," May 28-June 4, 2001, p. C2), the firm was tied for second in a survey of the fifty largest diversified financial companies when asked to name their litigation shop of choice. The firm was tied for third overall when the respondents also included the hundred largest commercial banks and the fifty largest savings institutions.
