A private funeral for Lloyd Cutler will take place on Monday, May 16.

Following the funeral, Mr. Cutler's family and WilmerHale will host a celebration and remembrance of the life of Lloyd Cutler at DAR Constitution Hall (18th St. N.W. between C and D) in Washington, DC. The program will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will be a seated event in the concert hall, followed by a reception. We are estimating that the program may run until 6:30 p.m. and that the reception will run until 8:00 p.m.

The program will be a combination of formal remembrances, including remarks by Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales, and informal remarks by family, friends and colleagues. We invite all those whose lives were touched by Mr. Cutler to attend.
